Audrey June Kehn, 79, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa died on Monday, April 09, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Center in Davenport, Iowa surrounded by her loving family.

            Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel in Bettendorf.  Burial will follow at Davenport Memorial Park.  Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to the Clarissa Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf.

            She was born in Muscatine, Iowa on May 20, 1932, the daughter of Earl & Miriam (Shellady) Mittman.  In 1953, she was united in marriage to Lyle Edwin Kehn at Nashua, Iowa.  He preceded her in death on December 6, 2011.

            Audrey was a teacher in earlier years and spent most of her adult life as a devoted wife and mother.

            Among the things she enjoyed were gardening, puppies and spending time with her beloved grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

            Those left to honor her memory include her son, Russ (Pam) Kehn of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Shayla (Erik) Mattly, Elizabeth Kehn and Samantha Zaehringer; her great-grandchildren, Peyton Thompson, Anna Mattly, Liv Mattly, Tierney Mattly and Brynn Mattly; and her brother, Alan (Connie) Mittman of Muscatine, Iowa.

            In addition to her husband, Audrey was preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Zaehringer; and her brother, Gene Mittman.
