Alva June Joens, 91, a resident of Princeton, Iowa died on Sunday, November 4, 2007 at Fejervary Healthcare Center in Davenport, Iowa.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, November 9, 2007 at Oakridge Cemetery in Princeton. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, Iowa is assisting with arrangements.
June was born July 7, 1916, the daughter of John & Erma (Russell) Litscher.
She enjoyed living on the farm and had a special place in her heart for animal, especially dogs. June loved to begin her day with a cup of coffee
Survivors include distant relatives and friends.
