Amanda M. Woodruff

Amanda M. Woodruff, 40, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died on Monday, July 15, 2024 at her home following an extended illness.

Services will be private. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home of Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements. Memorials may be made to her children.

She was born in Iowa City, Iowa on February 15, 1984, the daughter of Gary W. and Doris K. (Louck) Woodruff Jr.

Amanda was a fan of the Minnesota Vikings, enjoyed camping, always had an interest in frogs, drinking Mountain Dew and especially loved the times spent with her beloved family.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Davionna Hudgins of Davenport; her son, Trevor Woodruff of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; her father, Gary Woodruff Jr. of Davenport; her sisters, Ginger Woodruff and Stephanie Woodruff, both of Davenport; her grandmother, Geraldine Woodruff; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and her fur baby, “Gizmo.”

Amanda was preceded in death by her mother, Doris.
