Barbara H. Chester, 71, of Davenport, Iowa, died Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus, Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, January 15, 2007 at Bettendorf Church of the Nazarene, Bettendorf. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.
Barbara was born November 3, 1935 in San Francisco, California, the daughter of Allan & Elizabeth (Castle) Conant. Barbara had been employed as a L.P.N. in earlier years.
She was united in marriage to Max J. Chester on November 19, 1961 in Los Angeles, California. He preceded her in death on January 9, 2005.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Donna Chester-Uharriet and her husband, Thomas, Salt Lake City, Utah, Diana Morris and her husband, John, Davenport; Special friends, Debbie Larson, Cheryl Schram, Carla Strosahl, Phillip Strosahl and Gregory Wilson, all of Davenport, and Roger Milburn II, of Milan, Illinois.
