Blanche Y. Rauch

Blanche Y. Rauch, 84, of Princeton, Iowa passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics.

Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and private graveside services were held at Rock Island National Cemetery.

Blanche was born May 24, 1939 in Davenport, to Jacob and Blanche (Ensley) VanPelt.  She married Roland “Ron” Rauch on June 4, 1955.  Blanche worked as a home health aide for many years.

She is survived by her children, Renee (Bryan) Doyle of Davenport and Brian (Nina) Rauch of Arizona; three grandchildren, Danielle (Jeromy) Duquette, Jacob (Lindsay) Doyle, and Sean Dolan; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, and five sisters.
