Brent C. Myers

      Brent C. Myers, 47, of Bettendorf passed away Monday, June 3, 2024 at UnityPoint Health, Bettendorf.
      Visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9th at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf.  Private burial will be at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport.  Memorials may be directed to the family or to the Salvation Army.
      Brent was born on May 22, 1977, in Quincy, Illinois, the son of Randall and Debra (Anders) Myers.  He graduated from Normal Community High School in 1995, and attended Heartland Community College.  He worked for HyVee for 21 years, starting at the Devils Glen location in Bettendorf, and most recently as operations manager at the location on E. Kimberly Road in Davenport.  Brent enjoyed watching movies and playing board games.  He collected movie props and fantasy art work.  
      Those left to honor his memory are his parents, Randall & Debra Myers of Bettendorf, sisters, Heather Myers of Waukesha, Wisconsin and Ashley Myers of Pinole, California; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
      He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
