Charles "Bill" Stumpf Jr.

Charles W. “Bill” Stumpf Jr., 57, of Bettendorf, unexpectedly left us all with a void that is truly unfillable.  Whether blood or not – if he loved you – you were family or his Shriner family.  There are too many “adopted” to list – but we – Heather Stumpf (Meyer), Joseph Stumpf, Alex Loscalzo, Ken Peeters, Justin Loscalzo, Geoff Meyer, Sadie Meyer, Nick Meyer, Elijah Stumpf, Emma Stumpf, Ryder Stumpf, Addie Stumpf, and Charlie Stumpf are his kids and grandkids and cannot imagine life without him.  And Joan Stumpf, Joseph A Stumpf, Tony Loscalzo, Drew Loscalzo, Amy Peeters, and Meg Loscalzo are his parents and siblings, and don’t want to reimagine life without him. But Merry Loscalzo Stumpf, Charles W. Stumpf Sr., and Peg Wilkinson were his wife and parents, and are really happy to be with him again.  Into the wind, Pop, we love you and desperately miss you!
