Fred was born Nov 2,1938 he passed away December 12 2025 at Silvercrest Assisted Living Davenport Iowa. He and Shirley Mulvania were married January 29,1966 at Assembly of God Church in LeClaire Iowa. Fred and his twin brother Frank were the youngest of 11 children from Clarence and Essie Harris. Fred was a retired truck driver, people on the road called him "Half-Pint" on the CB radio. Fred loved to go camping and attend bluegrass music festivals with Shirley. Fred is survived by Shirley, 2 daughters and their spouses, 4 granddaughters and their spouses, and 1 great grandchild.
