Henry K. “Hank” Gertz, 66, of Bellevue, Iowa, died suddenly on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at his home.
There will be no services or visitation and burial will take place at a later time.
Hank was born August 7 1948 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Fred & Edith (Eggert) Gertz. He enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors.
Those left to honor his memory include his sisters, Carol (Robert) Roe of Long Grove, Iowa and Jeni (Leon) Green of Long Grove; his brother, Richard (Darcy) Gertz of Eldridge; his nieces & nephews, Justin and Joshua Roe, Nate and Jake Green, Heather Doray, Dana Buesing and Stacy Gertz; and ten great-nieces & nephews.
Hank was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Kenneth "Kenny" Gertz.
