Jacqueline M. Sluga

Jacqueline M. Sluga, 68, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa died on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa.

Private family services will be held.

She was born August 15, 1955 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Lonnie and Bertha (Gruntzel) Sluga.

Jacqueline was employed as a pharmacy technician for many years.

Those left to honor her memory include her sister, Catherine Aronson of Blue Grass, Iowa; her niece, Erin Pershall of Bettendorf; her nephew, Colin (Emily) Hurlbut of Marion, Montana and her beloved cat, “Beans.”

She was preceded in death by her sister, Annette McDonough; her long-time companion, Skip Saldivar; and her brother-in-law, Ivan “Ike” Aronson.
