Jason Jackson

Jason Jonathan Jackson, 46, a resident of Eldridge, Iowa died unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

A gathering to celebrate his life will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Chambers Funeral Home of Eldridge.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for an educational fund for his daughter, Reese.

Jason was born in Maquoketa, Iowa on February 2, 1976, the son of Richard and Carol (Newby) Jackson and was a 1994 graduate of Central DeWitt High School

Jason was a 24-year Journeyman Electrician with the IBEW Local #145 and worked for Tri-City Electric.

He loved coaching soccer with his daughter, Reese and enjoyed fishing.

Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Reese; his son, Jacob; his parents, Richard and Carol Jackson of Bettendorf; his brother, Jim (Michelle) Jackson of Bettendorf; his former wife, Carrie Jackson; and many other relatives and beloved friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Abbey on February 22, 2018 and by his grandparents.
