Jeffrey L. Shoultz

Jeffrey L. Shoultz, 62, of Blue Grass, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at his residence.

Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held at a later date. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jeff was born on September 9, 1963 in Lawrence, Kansas, the son of Gary and Marilyn (Waldner) Shoultz. On September 11, 1988, he married Pamela S. McClellan in Davenport. Jeff worked as a heavy equipment operator at Harsco Environmental for 16 years. He enjoyed watching wrestling and loved being outdoors, whether he was hunting, fishing, or even mowing the grass! He had a heart of gold and was known for his loving and caring demeanor. His greatest joy was helping his friends and family with whatever they needed.

Those left to honor his memory are his wife, Pam Shoultz of Blue Grass; special aunts, Kay Shoultz and Shelda Johnson; and several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son in infancy, Jacob William Thomas Shoultz; and siblings, Rhonda Baker, Dave Moeding, Rodney Moeding, and Gary Shoultz Jr.
