Jennifer Mehmen

Jennifer A. Mehmen, 50, of Davenport, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at her residence.

Per her wishes cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time.  McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Jennifer was born on April 29, 1972 in Waverly, Iowa, the daughter of Steven and Cynthia (Strauser) Mehmen. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, thoughtfulness and love.  Her generosity and amazing personality will be remembered by those who were fortunate enough to have met her.  Jennifer was incredibly bright and she had a wonderful sense of humor.  She loved spending time with her family and she had a gift of making friends wherever she went.

Those left to honor her memory are her mother and step-father, Cyndee and Robert Springer of Sarasota, Florida; step-mother, Terri Mehmen of Nashua, Iowa; step-father, Dana Meyer of Charles City, Iowa; step-siblings, Nick Mehmen, Rick Mehmen, Heather Grobe, Justin Becthold, Jayne (Mike) Reysack, Amy Springer, Kelly Springer, Amanda (Christopher) Wiemann; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Steven.
