John Philip Hein, 50, a resident of Lakewood, Illinois and formerly of Moline, Illinois died of a heart attack on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Centegra Hospital in Woodstock, Illinois.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in the chapel at Moline Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf, Iowa. Memorials may be made to Arrowhead Ranch.
He was born May 13, 1959 in Moline, the son of John & Helen (Nelson) Hein. John was a graduate of Moline High School and Hamilton Technical College and was employed as a senior developer for the William Blair Company of Chicago. He was united in marriage to Angela Bianco.
John was witty, fun and a friend to everyone he met. He offered encouragement and help to anyone who needed it or asked. He had a kind and loving heart and will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, Amanda and Annabelle; his sisters, Barbara VanHecke of East Moline, Illinois and Carol Walsh of LeClaire, Iowa; his former wife, Angela Bianco.
His brother, Duane; his sister, Janet and his parents preceded him in death.
