Judith Herman

Judith A. Herman, 72, of LeClaire, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020 at her home.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Boll’s Community Center in Princeton, Iowa.  Memorials may be made to the King’s Harvest Pet Rescue No Kill Shelter.  McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home of Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.

Judy was born February 14, 1948 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Arthur & Genevieve (Winter) McCollam and she was a 1966 graduate of Rock Island High School.

Judy was united in marriage to Barry D. Herman on February 16, 1995 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Judy will be remembered as a strong-willed woman who lived life her way.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Barry; her children, Makinzie & Denise Wagner of Davenport, Matt & Corry Goode of LeClaire and their daughter, Abby, Mitchell & Vickie Proehl of Stockton, Iowa and their children, Justice (Levi) Price, Rickey (Mackenize) Gropel and Americus, Christopher Herman of Inwood, Iowa and his children, Shanah, Shelby and Rakel and Jennifer & Steve Smith of Camdenton, Missouri and their daughter, Samantha; her great-grandchildren, Maverick and  Axsel; and her daughter-in-law, Liz Goode of Ankeny, Iowa and her children, Conner and Hannah.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Michael Goode.
