Lillian M. Garrison, 92, of Bettendorf passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025 at Bettendorf Health Care Center.

      Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time. A private family inurnment will take place at Jack’s Cemetery in LeClaire. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

      Lillian was born on December 7, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan, to George and Rachel (Vought) Lowery. On October 6, 1951, she was united in marriage to Guy Garrison. Lillian was a devoted wife, mom, grandma, and great-grandma. Whether decorating her house for the holidays, preparing snacks for Carrie and Mollie after school, or "going to town" for a shopping trip, Lillian was always willing to go the extra mile. She was a true example of unconditional love and now her legacy lives on through her granddaughters and great-grandchildren.

      Those left to honor her memory are her granddaughters, Carrie (Doug) Helmle of Davenport and Mollie (Robert) Lighthall of Fayetteville, North Carolina; and two great-grandchildren, Evvy Helmle and Joshua Lighthall.

      In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Guy; her daughter, Donna Dudley; and siblings, Ada, Ila, Margaret, and Robert.
