Michael D. Martzahn, 49, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died Thursday, February 5, 2004 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, March 5, 2004 in the chapel at Pine Hill Cemetery in Davenport. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Survivors include his daughter, Michelle Denise Martzahn of Davenport; his sister, Carolyn Cunningham of Audobon, Iowa; his brother, John Martzahn of Davenport; and his step-brother, Jim Connell of Davenport.
