Nikola Pusek, 75, of Davenport, Iowa, died on Monday, March 19, 2007 at his residence.
There will no local services. Cremation rites will be accorded and there will be a memorial service held at a later date in Doniphan, Nebraska. Memorials may be made to the family. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Nikola was born September 24, 1931 in Zagreb, Yugoslavia. He was employed as a tool maker for the Planetary Corporation in Davenport.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Susan Pusek, of Durham, North Carolina; his son and daughter-in-law, Allen & Heather Pusek, of Doniphan, Nebraska; his grandchildren, Morgan, Alison and Nicholas; his sister, Maria Trajbar, of Stony Brook, New York; and several other brothers and sisters.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
