IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pamela R
Danielsen
September 12, 1962 – December 19, 2025
Pamela Rae (Post) Danielsen, age 63, of Eldridge, Iowa, entered the loving arms of her Savior on December 19th, 2025, surrounded by her devoted family, after a courageous journey embraced with grace while under hospice care.
Born September 12, 1962, in Ottumwa, Iowa, Pamela was the cherished daughter of Pete E. Post and Shirley Lorene Post. She grew up surrounded by the love of family and the strong faith that would guide her throughout her life.
Pamela married the love of her life, Chris Eugene Danielsen, and together they made their home in Eldridge, raising a family rooted in devotion, laughter, and unwavering commitment to Christ. A gifted teacher and, above all, a deeply loving mother and grandmother, Pamela invested her life in nurturing both her students and her own children and grandchildren with patience, wisdom, and boundless affection.
Her faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of everything she did. Pamela served joyfully and lived out the Gospel through quiet acts of kindness, fervent prayer, and warm hospitality. Her beautiful flower and vegetable gardens were a reflection of her nurturing heart; she delighted in cultivating beauty and generously sharing the bounty with neighbors and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Chris Eugene Danielsen of Eldridge;
her son, Justin Eugene Danielsen and wife Mariah Leigh of Long Grove, Iowa, and their children Holden, Henry, and Virginia;
her twin daughters, Keely Lorene Waring and husband Justin of Marion, Iowa, and their children Casen, Emslee, Ames, and Josie, and Kara Jean Wehmeyer and husband Keefer of Solon, Iowa, and their children Hadlee, Juliet, and Jens.
She is also survived by her parents, Pete and Shirley Post, as well as many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were brightened by her gentle spirit.
A celebration of Pamela’s life will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at 12:30 pm at Sacred City Church in Bettendorf IA with Pastor Kendall eulogizing and Pastor Dean presiding. Private cremation will follow. Visitation 10am-12:30pm with services directly following.
Flowers are gratefully welcomed and may be sent to Sacred City Church.
Until we meet again in the presence of our Lord, Pamela’s love continues to bloom in every heart she touched.
