Peggy Leann Boyer, 64, a resident of LeClaire, died Sunday, February 5, 2017 at UnityPoint Trinity Bettendorf.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at the Davenport Jaycees, 2940 Brady St. in Davenport. Memorials may be made to the Davenport Jaycees. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on November 24, 1952 in Davenport, Peggy was the daughter of Frederick A. and Betty Ann (Kerns) Danico. On October 2, 1971 in Davenport, she married Richard Boyer.
Peggy worked as an art director, most recently for Marsh & Field Gallery in Davenport. Peggy enjoyed sewing, hiking, travelling and gardening.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Richard; sons, Robert (Amy) Boyer of Bettendorf and Anthony (April) Boyer of Davenport; grandchildren, Sarah and Hunter; brothers, Frederick (Ruth) Danico of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Al Nathan (Lois) Danico of Lincoln, Nebraska.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Nanette.
