Ralph H. "Broke" Duree Jr., 57, of Eldridge, died on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at his home.
A memorial gathering to celebrate his life will be held at the Eldridge Community Center on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
Ralph was born February 14, 1958 in Davenport, the son of Ralph O. "Toad" & Marian M. (Eberlein) Duree. He was employed as a custodian with North Scott High School.
He loved all things Harley-Davidson, and will be remembered as a genuine and kind-hearted person.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Tasha Duree of Des Moines; his sisters, Diane (Ron) Ashe of Spring Hill, TN, Kathy (Gary) Smith of Port Byron, IL, Cheryl (Ben) Duree-Kilgore of Grand Junction, CO and Mari Renee Duree of Grand Junction; and his brother, Dale (Randa) Burkhead of Muscatine, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
