Randall E. Smith, 50, a resident of Davenport, Iowa passed away peacefully March 18, 2010 surrounded by friends and family.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 P.M. on Monday, March 22, 2010 at Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport, Iowa. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.
Randy was involved with the Handicapped Development Center and the Scott County Special Olympics.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Smith; sister, Julie Manley; nephew, Justin Raymond; niece, Brittney Combs; one great-niece and one great-nephew.
