Robert Leroy Larson

Robert Leroy Larson, 88, of Davenport, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at Harmony Utica Ridge, Davenport, IA. There are no services planned at this time.

Robert was born on December 24, 1937, in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Harry and Dorothy (Smith) Larson. He married Joan Cox in 1988, she preceded him in death on October 13, 2023. He worked as a carpenter and enjoyed woodworking, fishing and square dancing in his younger years. He served in the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his children, Kim Larson of Davenport, David Larson of South Carolina, stepdaughter, Kelly Sherrick of Bettendorf, two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife.
