Ruby M. Hines, 54, Davenport, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at her residence.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
Ruby was born May 24, 1968 in Davenport to Gerald and Donna Ulman. She was a devoted wife, mom, and grandma.
She is survived by her husband, Jeffery Hines; children, Joe (Brianne) Hines and Michelle Hines, all of Davenport; three grandchildren; mother, Donna Ulman of Davenport; and siblings, Kathy (Mervin) Preston, Steve (Bobbi) Ulman, and Keith Ulman.
She was preceded in death by her father; and son, Jason Hines.
