Sheryl Rae Odell, 50, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died Saturday, January 5, 2012 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, Iowa. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the time of service. Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport, Iowa.
Sheryl was born December 6, 1962 the daughter of Raymond and LeeAudry (Spire) Ludin.
She was a dedicated mother who loved her children with all her heart.
Sheryl was a homemaker who enjoyed music, family, cooking, baking, knitting, crafts and reading. She will always be remembered for having a great sense of humor.
Those left to honor her memory include her sons, Dylan (Jennifer) Odell, Fairbault, MN, Derik Odell, DeWitt, IA, Dallas Odell, Davenport and Dusty Odell, Fairbault and her sisters, Jody (John Goldsmith) Jackson, Cedar Rapids, IA, Karen (Gordon) Farnum, Bettendorf, Janine Logsdon, Davenport and Shawn Russell, Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her mother; her brother Greg and her niece, Melissa Farnum.
