Tyler Jo Elliott

Tyler Jo Elliott passed away unexpectedly on April 23, 2025 at the age of 33. 

He was born September 30, 1991, to Joyce Bloomingdale- Kunde (Elliott) and Edward William (Bill) Elliott, and grew up in Princeton, lowa. While working as a machinist, he earned his G.E.D. 

Tyler enjoyed cooking, playing board games and video games, watching Lord of the Rings, and listening to all forms of rock music. He brought a cribbage set to every family gathering, and loved sharing what he knew and what he was earning. 

At the time of his passing, Tyler was pursuing a degree in Business at Scott Community College in Bettendorf, lowa. He was excited to one day start a small business of his own. 

A gentle soul, he was a pillar of strength to his friends and a mentor to his peers. He carried life advice everywhere he went, helping others develop the skills to live independently.

He will be greatly missed by his friends, peers, and family. Tyler is survived by his father, Bill; his mother and step-father Joyce and Tom Kunde; his siblings Cory, Ashley, and Joey; his dog, Jax; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
