Virginia J. Lightfoot, 56, a resident of Davenport, died May 17, 2005 at her residence. Per her request, cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Virginia was born October 7, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Arthur J. & Virginia (Hocking) Digby.
Those left to honor her memory include her son, Christopher, Hayward, California; her sisters, Diana Patterson, Bettendorf, and Cheryl Masters, Riverside, California; her brothers Arthur Digby, Springfield, Nebraska, and Bruce Digby, Colton, California.
She was preceded in death by her mother and 2 infant brothers.
