Faye Wilkins

Faye E. Wilkins, 65, of Eldridge, Iowa passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at Chambers Funeral Home, Eldridge.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.  Burial will be at Mt. Union Cemetery, McCausland.  Memorials may be directed to the family.

Faye was born on January 5, 1957 in Davenport, the daughter of Ronald and JoAnne (Suiter) Hamilton.  She graduated North Scott High School in 1975.  On April 16, 1983 she married John Smith.  He preceded her in death in 2010.  On September 12, 2018 she married Larry Wilkins in Davenport.  Faye was a devoted wife, mom, and grandma.  She enjoyed gardening, flowers, and keeping a tidy home for her family.

Those left to honor her memory are her husband, Larry Wilkins of Eldridge; parents, Ronald & JoAnne Hamilton of Princeton; daughters, Genni (Barry) Mulvania of Davenport, Christine (Mitch) Schoening of DeWitt, Carrie Smith of Dubuque; two grandchildren, Madison and Cole Mulvania; sister, Erin Hamilton of Princeton; brother, Bill (Annette) Hamilton of Princeton; and step-children, John (Tammy) Smith Jr. of Center, Texas, Stacey Smith of Lufkin, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Smith.
