Joseph Quiroz

Memorial services for Joseph M. Quiroz, 69, of Davenport, will be 6:00 P.M. Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Coram Deo Bible Church, Davenport. Joseph passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus, Davenport.

Joseph was born on May 30, 1952 in Oregon, the son of Edward and Eunice (McMahon) Quiroz. He married Sandy Scammahorn on May 7, 1994 in Running Springs, CA.

Joseph worked in Areospace manufacturing as a Senior Quality Technician at St Fletcher Inc in California and at Cobham, Davenport.

He loved Jesus, family, fishing, bike riding, and was a social butterfly.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Sandy of Davenport, sons; Ryann (Kim) Scammahorn or Tucson, AZ, Jayme (Angela) Scammahorn of San Antonio, TX, Joshua (Dragana) Scammahorn of Johnston, IA, Joseph (Rachel) Scammahorn of Las Vegas, NV, 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, brothers; Larry Quiroz of Ontario, CA, Abbott Quiroz of Yucaipa, CA, Douglas Quiroz of Vancouver, WA, Richard Scammahorn of Davenport, IA, and many cousins and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister; Nancy Quiroz and brother; Robert Quiroz.
